Definition Of Narrative
Narrative is the text which contains about a story or fairy tale (can be a folklore (folktale), an animal story (fable), The Legend (Legend), short stories, etc). in it there is a conflict / top problem, followed by settlement. the main function of this text is to entertain readers.
The Generic Structure Of Narrative Text
- Orientation : Provides an introduction to the characters, place and time of the story (who or what, when and where).
- Complication : Contains the height of the conflict / problem in the story. Complication A story may have more than one.
- Resolution : Problem solving. Could end up with joy (happy ending) could also end up with sadness (sad ending).
LINGUISTIC FEATURES

:)The first person (I or We) or the third person(He,She,or They).

PENGETIAN TEKS NARATIF
Naratif adalah teks yang berisi tentang kisah cerita atau dongeng (bisa berupa cerita rakyat (cerita rakyat), cerita binatang (fabel), legenda (legend), cerita pendek, dll). di dalamnya ada konflik / masalah, diikuti oleh pemukiman. fungsi utama dari teks iniadalah untuk menghibur pembaca.
GENERIC STRUKTUR OF NARATIF
- Orientasi : Menyediakan pengenalan karakter, tempat dan waktu cerita (siapa atau apa, kapan dan di mana).
- Komplikasi : Berisi puncak konflik / masalah dalam cerita konfik mungkin memiliki lebih dari satu.
- Resolusi : Pemecahan masalah. Bisa berakhir dengan sukacita (akhir yg menyenanngkan)juga bisa berakhir dengan kesedihan (akhir yang menyedihkan).
